How we celebrated our wesak last year. 🌕

 



About wesak festival.

Vesak festival is a religious festival. It is celebrated during May, by Buddhists all over the world. On this day, all Buddhists go to the temple, offer flowers, light oil lamps, and worship the Buddha. Most of the Buddhists observe sil. 

Buddhists commemorate the important events that took place in the life of Lord Buddha on this day. First comes the birth of Siddhartha Gautama in Lumbini in Nepal which took place under the arbor of Sat trees where queen Mahamaya gave birth to him. The second event was Siddharta Gautam’s supreme attainment as the Buddha, the Enlightened One. The third event was Lord Buddha’s Parinibbana over 2500 years ago at kusinagar.

How we celebrated wesak

First we cut bamboo and made Vesak lanterns.🎋🎋  The whole family got together and made different lanterns.  Father worked hard for that.  Mom and I decorated them beautifully.😇

  On the day of Vesak, our brother and father hung them beautifully.  After finishing that work, in the morning we all went to "Dhansal" together.😋 Later, in the evening, we washed our body and went to the temple. 🙏🌺🌼 At night we lighted the Vesak lanterns and look at the beauty. 🤗 My brother and me went to see Vesak lanterns around the village.



Actually that day was very happy.😍

I'm counting the days until next vesak comes.👉👈

My favorite place 🏠

A favourite place in my life Every person has a own  room in the house that we feels comfortable with it.  i also have a room. it's my favourite place. 😇 Because it is a calm place.  I can do anything I want like studying , reading , dancing and watching movies.  so its very good for me. 🤗 I have drawn pictures in my room.🤟 In my room, i have everything i want. There is mainly a cupboard, a big bed and a book table in my room. And also, There is a separate place to keep my musical instruments. I spend a lot of time there.😋  I love decorating the room with fresh flowers.  I also love to be healthy. The colour of my room is yellow. I change the color of my room about every five months😊.  And the room is renewed as much as possible.  I don't like to be the same all the time.  I spend most of the day in my room. So i can say my room is the best place in the world.  🙂
